The 10th Anniversary Season of the Clare Lions has come to an end. Our club fell to a very solid Truro Rhinos team in 5 games in the NSJRCHL Semi Final Best of 7 Game Series.
In my return as President and GM after serving in this capacity for 6 years from 2005-2006 thru our Maritime Championship in 2010-2011, it was great to be back in something I enjoyed thoroughly. The last few seasons were difficult but this season was one of rebuilding and retooling for the future. We fin...ished 4th overall in the league with a record of 7-19-2 and 16 points. We beat Barrington in the Best of 3 Game Mini Series to move on to the Semi Final Round.
I'd like to thank our coaching staff: Head Coach Remi Chiasson and Assistants Renel Deveau Rejean Deveau and Owen Rogers for coming on board and providing excellent direction and motivation to our club. Special thanks to Mike Muise as our equipment manager who was always there for the boys.

We trust that the fan support will continue to grow next season and into the 11th season of our club in the NSJRCHL.
